I do not accept returns; all sales are final. I do my utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact janetmariephoto@gmail.com me with your order number for further instructions. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue.
